Hello,
my name is Dr. Isabel Selmair. I am a general dentist practicing in the heart of Munich-Schwabing. I grew up in San Diego, U.S.A. and earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of California at San Diego.
I graduated from the University of Würzburg (Germany) Dental School in 1993 and have been practicing dentistry here in my own office since 1998.
Since more than a decade I have thoroughly enjoyed treating many English-speaking patients from around the world. As someone who is familiar with living overseas, I completely understand how it feels to need medical and dental care in a foreign country.
Our team takes pride in building a trusting and courteous relationship with our patients. We provide services at the highest level of care; continuing education and training in our chosen field keeps us knowledgeable and skilled in state-of-the-art procedures and in the use of the latest technology.
Whether it is a common problem, dental disease or damage from trauma, we are able to restore our patients smiles with the highest quality of advanced general and cosmetic dentistry.
Services provided in our office include individualized hygiene sessions, tooth whitening, invisible/tooth colored composite fillings and veneers, inlays, crowns, implant-crowns, bridges, root canals (certified by eazf, 2008) and fitting with partials or dentures. We also perform dental surgery, including periodontal treatments, simple or complex tooth extractions.
It is my personal endeavour to recreate the image of total health, including and emphasizing the importance of dental health as a crucial component of the whole.
I encourage my patients to be health-conscious from our very first meeting and throughout their lives.
To me, dentistry portrays an extremely interesting combination of medical treatment, combined with a dedication to use the finest techniques and aesthetic qualities possible.
I thoroughly enjoy the daily challenge of guiding and corresponding patients' needs. I hope to motivate and educate each patient on how we can work together, step by step, to achieve our treatment goal. |
